Pictures in AID

Waht appears when you bring up Front assist in the centre of the AID.

In mine I just have a grey road and nothing else. I did get the little 2 car outline in bottom right when I taligated a bit to see what would happen if I did but sort of expected to see a vehicle outline come in the pic.Simialr to adaptive cruise icons???????

No when just driving along in between the dials it just has a grey outline of a road with nothing on it. When I got a bit close to car in front the little two car outline came up in bottom right corner. I wasnt game to get really close enought to bring the red notice on.

On the assist systems screen on the Gen 2 AID I see what you described and if I get too close I see an icon appear below with two small cars and an exclamation mark between them.

I've been driving along and had a car suddenly brake to turn left, still had plenty of distance but the big red "you're about to crash" warning appeared in the AID.

Yeah got that worked out but was playing with setting up road sign recogntion and it didnt work so was concerned I might have upset something but all seems good as RSR apprently uses the camera in the mirror and front assist is in the radar in the badge
Was just expecting a more descriptive picture thats all, more like the ACC one

That's just a warning that you are too close to the vehicle infront

Didnt change even when your little icon came up which made me wonder Maybe I will have to rub bumpers to see what happens LOL

Turn your acc on (and set the distance) and your lane guidance then when you come up to a car in front a car will show, and when it detects your in a lane the white lines will come up, it’s a page for the assistance systems, you need to turn the assistance systems on for it tho

Have done that but its a different setting to front assist in our models Have got ACC set to very close and it works.
