The dealer, vw aus, vw Europe, vw Singapore can’t get my allspace’s sunroof lights to work.
I suggested a hardware issue(lights or control module, but they’re adamant it’s a setting that needs to be enabled...
The lights work when given 12v directly, but no voltage is being supplied to them from the car.
4 visits so far- maybe 5. Getting very over it.

It’s basically installing in-line fuses to the wiring of the sunroof lights. There might be more to it, but that’s the simplest way of putting it.
My car isn’t on the list anymore, even though I have a roof and have non-functional lights(from new) the dealer and vw can’t get them working from the car computer. They light up when externally powered.

There was already another thread about this, started in December. "Recent interior light recall"
My car has been fixed in early January. They installed a fuse and enabled the settings in the infotainment unit by uploading a new firmware.
