While we wait for some official photos I found this one of the "Black Style" option pack on the VW Germany website. I'm guessing the Wolfsburg will have the same trim plus the Wolfsburg badge. Hopefully VW Aus will update their website soon!!

I also havery not heard about the 5yr warranty.

You might want to ring them about it as they definitely will not email you that you are eligible. The dealer will either try to get away with it or charge you a bit extra. Good luck!

I would like to think that VW aust controls these things better. With my last BMW purchase there was a similar promo and it was linked the vin of the car. It would be bad for the brand if you gethe warranty depending on whether you asked the dealership. That's just unfair on customersale that operate on good faith. But let's see.

Not a fan of that front grille with just the middle line blacked out. Isn’t that how the lower models look? Hope they loose all the chrome in front with our Wolfsburgs.

Hmmmmm not liking the front. What are the differences on the front to the existing r line Pack?

The current R-line has all the lines chromed. I think lower models like the Trendline and Comfortline has the middle line blacked out like the one on the picture above of a supposedly Black Style in the Netherlands. It’s not clear when they said that the Wolfsburg will have a “Black Grill”.

Talked to the dealer over the weekend, said they would have the Wolfsburg ready to go on Thursday this week.
1. Supposedly only two with sunroof's in the country (out of 500)
2. Asking Price is $65,400 on road in NSW. "Limited Edition, not for negotiation"

I had a dealer quote me $59,500 no negotiation for the Wolfsburg so tell ‘em they’re dreaming!

Dealer called and said the Wolfsburg will be ready for collection on the 24th October. Unfortunately, I'm away and won't be able to pick the car up until mid-November

I was told vw has advised 31 Oct official launch date and no drives allowed before then.

Finally got my confirmation email this morning, stock has been allocated and I should be able to pick my white Wolfsburg up my early to mid-November.
After tons of back and forth between dealer and me over the last couple of weeks, I'm getting a boot tray, premium plate and the 5yr warranty, my final price is $61k.
He confirmed that there are no (or close to zero) Wolfsburgs with sunroofs in the first batch but couldn't tell me when I could see one in their showroom.

They're obviously trying to upsell me on surface coating, interior coating, UV tinting and the Schmick membership.
I want to say no, no, no and yes to all of the above.

What do you guys think?

Well, I have exactly the same price and inclusions as yours just minus the premium plates as I already have one so I say you’re alright. I’m quite happy with what I got even though I have seen better.

I also said No No and No to all the other stuff they were trying to sell me [emoji4]
