No difference for what needs to actually be done (if done properly).
Price difference will often be down to overheads level, their desired profit level, and most importantly just how much time and care they spend on the correction/surface prep stage of things.
I've seen the difference between a one day job (my Dubs) and a two day job (my Audi S3) and there was a noticeable difference. Having said that, my cars are dailys, not show cars, so I can't justify spending too much on it. But ETTO.

Yep that's a reasonable price then. At the end of the day a few hundred bucks difference here is irrelevant, what matters is their form/prior work and whether you're happy.
I hope they've improved the glass formula - I had it on my Mk6 and it was awesome for a fortnight and then was a horrible mess; I've never re-ordered since.

I was quoted cheaper by a mobile detailer but I thought a two day effort was a better idea for more money.
I dropped my new Passat off there today as well and saw a white Highline being worked on (I assume yours, there was only that an an old Civic in the shop). You'll probably see mine there when you collect.
The only negative aspect of this so far has been seeing David and his mate point out the defects in the paint of a car that had about 50kms on the clock!

Yup that was my car! I've got around 700kms. They checked the paint thoroughly while I was there and said it was all good. Looking forward to picking the car up tomorrow.
Dealer prep lottery it seems... I think the colour of mine (Manganese Grey) doesn't help either. I know they charge extra for black, probably because it's a bastard to get right.

Picked up the car today. Looks nice and clean. Apart from that can't tell any difference. I guess it's one of those things you pay good money for but don't walk away with an obvious 'thing'. I'll have to wait until I give it a wash and watch the water bead right off.
Got the front windows tinted too, 35% (legal) which matches the stock tint on the back windows. The 'darkness' matches pretty close but the colour of the factory tint is very green compared to the film on the front windows. I know it will get to me, might have to go darker to try and match the colours.
The guys at Protekt Auto are very nice and so far the car looks great.
