Did you look at both before choosing and did one fit better than the other ?Last edited by FastMitch; 16-06-2018, 07:49 PM.

I have the first one which is a harder plastic. Much better when lifting items in and out. The second one is softer and if you try to try pull items out without lifting, the liner moves. That being said, from VW Dealership they are a bit pricey. Buy online and save a few dollars.

How much did you pay online and where did you buy it from ?

I have the first one and am happy but just be aware that the cargo net does not fit in the horizontal position with any of the boot liners unless you cut them! I had every intention of using the cargo net to hold things down in the boot but can’t now, as I am not willing to cut it. Amazing they didn’t think of this when they designed them.

I have the first one, very happy with it. I managed to negotiate it as an 'add on' when I bought the car, along with the alumimium boot protector strip) so money was no object. Highly recommend the boot protector strip too, the scratches on it from putting bikes in the car are testimony to its worth..

The VW Boot Tray or Boot Liner ?

Or is the Kmart Boot Liner for $10 just as good ?

Did the tray come like that, as it looks deformed at the rear ?
BTW, cargo net comes with the Tiguan and you will find it in the wheel well under the floor.MY18.5 Tiguan - R-Line/DAP/Sunroof in Tungsten Silver
