Tinting

When it comes to tinting on our new Tig is it worth it? The factory "tint" already appears quite dark on rear windows. Does this protect from UV? Would it be worth getting the front windows and sunroof tinted ?

Mate, I just tinted the front windows and purchased the oem sun shades for the back. I have two young kids and the shades make it nice a dark for the kids to fall asleep.

I was advised by my tinter (RD tint, Epping VIC) no to do the sun roof, just use the blind.

I was wondering whether the sun roof would be tinted and believe it is factory tinted and UV protected.

I would of liked a few shades darker but am still happy with the "darkest legal" that came from the dealer.

Got my fronts done to 20% and the back a UV layer added to make the front and back look as close as possible..

Never tint the sunroof, its will shatter..
