Help. Destination function not working after map update

I updated my sat nav in my discover pro highline. It worked as per the VW map update instructions.

But when I tried to delete a previously saved destination it hung and didn't let me.

So I tried to store a new destination and it also won't.

I did a factory reset and deleted all map user data, same issue.

I can store routes but not detonations.

Any help appreciated

Fixed itself. Left the car off and when we came back from shopping and Lindt free chocolate eating the destinations are now working.

My Audi had a few key combos and for a hard reboot of the system, but this discover pro thing is all digital. Is there a hard reset command?

Press and hold the unit's power button for about 10secs and you will see it reboot.
