Like I said earlier you work out how the sytem works, what it does well and when you need to take over from the "semi-autonomous" driving.

Some of the systems work better than others and there's plusses/minuses for cameras versus radar sytems (which continue to operate in heavy rain / fog).

One thing to say is that the new generation of ACC systems are a big step forwards compared to the "old" cruise control.

Just thinking about ALG activating at 67 km/h.
Would there not be a piece of code that contained the value 67 to activate ALG?
And if so, we replaced 67 with say 30 then we could have ALG (TJA) whatever, activated at a lower speed?

Wishful thinking maybe (on a hot summers day)

        No values to be changed.

All the module functions are enabled by parameters.

It would have to be a parameter stored somewhere. Perhaps in the adaptation area???

The only way to get ALG working below 67km/h is to activate TJA

I suddenly can’t seem to switch on my ACC. I’ve got a comment coming up on my dash as “ACC deactivated.” I couldn’t find a description of this situation in the manual or online.

                      Anyone else come across this?

Check if ESC/Traction Control is turned off... It also disables ACC (I think).

Thanks, will do. My wife does have a value recollection of turning something off around the time I first noticed this....
