Any thoughts on using ‘Armour all’ for the car interior? I’ve heard mixed reports...

Armour all will give a glossy oily coating to the surfaces. You're better off using a product like Einszett Cockpit Premium which will maintain the matt finish of the surfaces.

I honestly didn't think anyone in their right mind would use Armour All products in 2018, let alone 1988!!!
But it is clear that someone is obviously still buying their products; Home - ARMOR ALLMY18 VW Passat Alltrack Wolfsburg Edition + Panoramic Sunroof + some extra goodies... (Pure White)

And me lol.
A damp chamois works really well! As does a slightly damp micro fibre cloth but the chamois gets any marks off the fabric really well.
Its the ‘protection’ bit - as in UV protection...that makes me think I need to use a product of some sort??

In modern cars i would not bother my old mark 6 is nearly 9 years old and has been outside all its life with just the damp cloth method used on dash its still 100% ok no fading/cracks or other noticeable deterioration2017 Golf Alltrack 135tdi All options
