Discovered this dial in the glove box of my 2017 Tiguan Adventure but I can't figure out what it does.
Looks like it is a light dimmer, for what, I don't know.

Usually tucked away deep within the glovebox is a wallet.
Open this wallet and you will find the Owners Manual...
