Portón with Kessy

I have the extra Kessy (key less) and I can open the tailgate from the button on the remote and from the button inside, but in none of the cases it allows me to close it, I have to get out of the car and hit the gate button.

Any configuration to be able to close from the remote control or button?

I had to do this for the first time yesterday and opened it by the inside lever, to close I just pulled it again and it duly closed.

Did you operate it properly and have you tried it since to confirm you have a problem and more importantly read the relevant sections of the manual to confirm you understand the operation of the remote locking/unlocking of the tailgate.
