Radio station logos?

Hi guys

Picked up our new Tig yesterday, and I was having a fiddle with the multimedia system and somehow managed to wipe all the radio station logos that were saved against each station. Those logos were basically the only thing my wife noticed about the car (!!!) so I'm already in the bad books.

Before I go ahead and make my own, don't suppose anyone has hi-res Melbourne station logos saved that they could send me?

I'm using the logos in this post. They are consistent and with the recommended resolution.

If there are some that are not in the zip file you can always download them from this site How to add radio station logos to your VW or Skoda radio

I’m surprised they came preinstalled. Mine weren’t.
I found (by accident) that holding the power button down reset everything including dumping the logos I had just loaded.
Perhaps you can blame your wife for that if she gives you trouble. Haha.

I've just rebuilt a set of logos for Sydney stations. They have white backgrounds as I found the transparent backgrounds didn't look great in the DAP.

Just got my car yesterday, and followed the start up wizard and lost all the radio station logos, dealer said to pop round and get them reloaded, surely there is an easier way... my wifes Bmw all the logos are downloaded via dab or whatever.

On the facelifted Tiguans I can't find an SD Card slot - so how do you get the artwork from the storage to the car?

Any ideas?

Nothing in the glovebox - just a blanking plate where the CD Player & Card slots used to be - the storage slots are still there though on the left.



There are two USB-C ports up front ahead of the shifter.



I can get these to read music files from the card but not radio station artwork. I'm assuming the files themselves are in the correct format (.png) as they worked fine on a Mk7.5 Golf but I guess I can tinker around a bit.
