2024 T-Roc R-line replace reverse light

Hello

Wondering if anyone can tell me how to replace the reverse lights on my T-Roc to LED's. They seem to be normal bulbs (judging by the brightness).
My previous Golf 7 was reasonably simple. The T-Roc looks overly complicated.

Just put foot gently on the brake will brighten up the rear Save work. Been doing that for 60 years
