The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. • T-Roc Heated Seats

hey guys, about to buy a T-Roc Style. my wife is keen on heated seats so we're getting one with the Vienna Leather package. I haven't seen the leather in person because my dealer has none with it but I was a bit unsure of the 2-tone light grey based on some rare photos I could find.
I would be fine to just go aftermarket seat heating but the dealer says they don't do it on cloth seats so we'd need the leather anyway. Another dealer I had previously spoken to mentioned doing it on the Style with the standard cloth seats so I'm not sure. Anyone know if this is possible and know of it actually being done?
    thanks

It is possible to retro fit heating to the VW cloth seats. Many aftermarket options or the likes of Kufatec for more OEM fit.
Issue is the cost. It would work out cheaper the just stick with leather on a T-Roc fitted with it.

Any post fitting of seat heating won't be supported by VW Australia so who ever you get to fit it make sure they know their way around the VW product.

Thanks for that Flipper Dog - that makes sense. I would also miss the electric driver's seat too so it's not so bad to go for the actual Vienna package.

I've since managed to track down some more photos of the Vienna Leather and think the ones I was looking at originally might not have been the same because they look better in the newer photos I found. I think the issue was when I first sat in one of the T-Rocs with the leather it was an R-Line with the black leather and that's what I was expecting to see.

Anyway, excited to get into the new car asap! Just need to work out which dealer to go with now.

      thanks
