Haha yeah....the MV is my pride and joy....I'd marry it if I could hahaha

Yeah Im into the motard stuff....The husaberg I like particularly because the 450 i think it is puts out about 70 odd bhp and only weighs 120 kgs.....mmmm.....fun!

      450 Husaberg is 50-odd hp.

70-odd HP will be the old FS650. Aprilia SXV550's are about the same.

Apologies I was incorrect as you pointed out.

Doesnt matter now anyway, the Amarok is off the list. I took one for a drive over the period of about an hour....My back was killing me, and it was very bouncy in the rear end.

No what happened there? I bought a RSV4 at one stage, it was on order then I head about it's engine problems so I got rid of it.

they came from the factory using a sealant that didn't work. Water in the oil, seizures etc. Resulted in a lot of bikes getting new motors. They eventually corrected the problem.

i demand a photo of your bikes now!

I've only got the MV =( The Aprilia was the first choice then I got the Brute when I heard about the motor problems with the RSV4. As for the Husky or Husaberg....I'm taking delivery of that when I settle down in Mackay =)

                Just for you though....

It started with a DT175, then got a TT-r 250, then TT-r350 then the real bikes started

That was the BM behind the Golf....that's gone =( It is the only picture I can find of the old girl

                Then I got the Guzzi...

                That was the Laverda Concourse

I then had this on order....I know it's a google image but yeah I never saw it =( as I cancelled it before I took delivery

                I now own this

And about to buy one of these except the road version with lights and all

Not bad for a 23 year old huh hahaha

As my dad used to say, "Road bikes are good, you can have alot of fun on them. You might have the ability to make it go real quick and ride real safely, but dont forget the other idiots on the road can NOT drive safely nor quickly"

Keep that in mind! and Be safe on them!

Only early ones with Orange engine sealant.

Black engine sealant is allll goooood!

Coxy, you say it was bouncy? I say, what do you expect, all those utes are? Did it have standard suspension, or comfort suspension?

                                It had standard suspension.

Its not what I'm looking for, and for 50 odd grand It didnt really grab me...It's alot of money for something that is just okay. I expect something that is not bouncy in the rear end and is fairly comfortable to sit in. And really when you look at it, they have not really gone forward since the T3 Dual Cab. That had much more room in the tray, more room inside the cab, More storage space, less bouncy in the rear end, more comfortable (Except no air con). Sure its not as capable off road, as the Amarok, but still. The Hilux SRS is not as bouncy and as hard on the back as this thing is.....
