Hi all I’m after some help if anyones got the same year/engine and possible issue with my amarok. I’ve got excessive blowby coming out from the filler cap aswell as the dipstick. I’m concerned from the dipstick side as I could be looking at either worn rings or a cracked piston.
I’m wondering if anyone has or has had the same issue or could do a test to see if they do have blowby coming through the dipstick. My car only has 140,000k’s on it.
Just trying to find out if this is normal operation for this engine or I’ll be getting a long block recon’d engine. Thank you in advance!
