Can someone give me an idea of when the rear brake shoes need replacing on my 2L Amorak Auto highline. I have done 150,000km, so starting to think they may be getting low. No off-road use however and not a lot of heavy breaking. Front pads changed at 70k and still OK at 150k with bendix pads.

Pretty sure you'll find an inspection port to look through.

Brake wear is totally by driving habits / environment. The only way to tell if they need replacing is visual inspection at every service.
Personally I'd be taking the drums off every 45,000km and having a good look at the overall friction material thickness and the wheel cylinders. The inspection port only shows about 5% of the total friction material area.carandimage The place where Off-Topic is On-Topic
I used to think I was anal-retentive until I started getting involved in car forums
