Hi Everybody,
I have a 2011 Amarok I was driving when it suddenly started grinding whenever I tired to get into third almost to the point I can’t get it in gear. All other gears are fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what this is or experienced the same.

It would be good if you tell us how many km your Amarok done.

Don’t know much about Amarok gearbox, but in my older cruiser, when gear selection became hard, it usually meant the synchros were ****ed.

You could try an oil flush and refill, but might be a rebuild job.
