Official pics of the wagon in R-line and Alltrack versions
Given the seemingly extra bulk around the rear it's surprising the space is only a marginal increase on Mk7 - I'd have said the sloping roofline plays into that but I understand space is only measured to seat height for standard measurements.
Might just be a trick of the eye but it doesn't look quite as clean as the Mk7. Time will tell in the metal.
The R-Line is probably a close look at what the R will look like, larger wheels and genuine quad exhaust notwithstanding.

It seems they went for the extra space in the rear leg room - up 4cm. Interesting that the Alltrack now has a 150Kw tdi engine - will be interesting if it makes it here.
