Hi everyone,
I want to improve my clutch feel. I have already removed the clutch assist spring from the clutch pedal but I hate the woolliness that still remains, especially on fast changes 2-3 and 3-4.
I understand that the next logical step is to remove the restrictor in the bleed block. On this I have 2 questions:
1. I've never bled lines on a car before (have done my MTB badly in the past) and I'm worried about stuffing it up.
2. Is the ECS Tuning metal replacement worth the $$ (currently $120USD plus shipping)? Has anyone here fitted one?
I have a feeling this might help with my annoyances with the clutch engagement (leading to the car rolling on park brake release and a sensation of slipping on fast changes as it's far too easy to apply throttle before the clutch is fully engaged).
I'm keen to hear your thoughts.
