Picked up a brand new rental Tsi from Moncton, New Brunswick, CA today. Just a fairly base model I assume however engine / transmission specs as per the book are 125Kw / 250Nm mated to the 6 speed DSG. Interesting that they get the 6 speed other than in diesels or Gti/R spec models unlike our Aus spec models (or Aus Alltracks).

Is it a DSG or just a normal torque-converter auto? Lots of US-spec VWs have normal autos instead of DSGs.Alex Aescht
