got my new r brakes fitted today

Looks way better imo!
Pedal feel is different computer still learning new piston sizes will take about 500k to reprogram itself also have ate ceramic pads fitted front and back which give a softer feel to pedal not as much straight up bite as semi-metalics but feel nice and progressive (i can see why some do not like the feel of ceramic brakes no big grab on the discs when pedal 1st applied)

No noise or vibration brakes feel smooth and noise free so far

Yeah rooboy they do look great i am very happy with the result (wish they offered something like this as a option but vw yeah...)

No drilled for the back unfortunately Zimmerman don't make em for our model the backs are vented tho and 310mm rather than the 280ish of stock so fills the empty space better

Hi, I have just ordered a Golf Alltrack TSI Premium Iridium Grey with everything, currently in Hamburg expected to arrive 18/12 - I also have a mobile that can charge wireless and notice in Europe Wireless Charging is an option with Golfs - does anyone know if it possible to get that option in Australia? My dealer hasn't a clue.

Hope so too, but dealer not sure where it will be off loaded - Melbourne,Port Kembla or Brisbane - then they have to get it to Tasmania

In the Alltrack brochure it says “A luggage partition net keeps belongings separate from the cabin of the car for added convenience.” Does anyone have a picture of this net fitted?

The only photos I can find are a net in the luggage compartment but the description abound sounds more like a cargo barrier

It is just a cassette that holds the net inside it. You pull up to the roof line and it gets hooked on either side to create a partition. It also works when the seats are folded flat, so goes up behind the front seats to the roof. That is why there are funny holes in the outer edges of the roof line. Volkswagen have been doing this for a while now on various Estate models.

Thanks. I’m not looking at an Alltrack but a Wolfsburg wagon. The Wolfsburg has those holes near the roofline too and if it’s availabke for the Alltrack then it must be able to be bought from spare parts. I just want something to keep the dog in the back.

I have never owned a Golf Wagon, however all the B6, B7 and B8 Passat's I have owned all had these nets standard...
