Squeaking window

My front driver's side window squeaks quite loudly each time I put it up. It's driving me insane. The dealer already had one chance to fix it when they were doing something else and haven't been successful.

It's coming from the inside near the seal with the door.

Has anyone had this?

I think that's slightly different. Mine are fine so far when the window is down or up but the movement of the window as i put it up squeaks like fingers on a blackboard! No amount of cleaning the inside of the window has helped!

I was going to suggest trying silicone spray (worked on an old Bimmer I have) but then it messes the glass so much and smells...

My drivers window squealed very loudly when I had not washed the car for a couple of weeks and had some mineral build-up from the rain during that period. I assume you have also made sure the outside of the window is clean as well?

If it's squeaking in the channel, dri-lube often helps, but do check that the noise isn't from within the door trim — it may be something out of line in the mechanism.
