  • Best Price for Golf MK VII (Australia)

    Hi friends.

I'm in the market for the Golf VII 90TSI 7 Speed DSG, and need some info on what people are paying.

The RRP on a new Golf VII 90TSI 27,736.66k.

Has anyone managed to bring these down below 25k?

    Thanks for the feedback.

My experience 2 months ago was that you can easily remove the dealer delivery charge. And when I was shopping that varied between $2350 to $2995.

Agreed - VW sales are hurting right now, so shouldn't be hard to aim for at least 10% off RRP.

Different car but when I was shopping a Tiguan a few weeks ago I was at 13% off RRP before I'd even started to talk a proper deal (which did not eventuate as I went a different route).

Anyone get any good deals on the Golf MK VII 103TSI Highline in Sydney?

Am after one in Limestone Grey with Park Assist, Sunroof, Alarm, body kit, bi xenon headlights, leather and blade rims and getting a feel for prices people have paid for similar - private buyer. Would need to put a factory order in for these specs.

Get your very best price, take away $1,000, call Adam Ned at Southern Classic Cars and stick to your guns. It worked perfectly for me!!

Is that for the base model or Comfortline (the alloy wheels have me wondering)? Manual or DSG? And did you then get $1,000 off to buy at 23k?

Just exactly how much do you expect to buy the car for? I could put down that it was a Highline with (with a Polo thrown in) at that price and still have someone that question asked of me. I mean, honesty................. No, it's the base manual.............. What did you pay / expect to pay? $18,500??? Let's see your candour, now that I have lead and set the priceline................
