Checked with the dealer when picking up the car - usually it takes 6-8 weeks to arrive, so theoretically it won't arrive until this month...but then you factor in other random/unknown things... so I agree with Golf7, June is more likely. As for mine, it's a Jan build so I mentioned the behind-the-scene update matter to my dealer and she said she'd be very happy to follow up on that if she's got the document Golf7 mentioned : )2013 Golf7 90TSI Comfortline MT | White

Ordered a 90tsi comfortline for the girlfriend with sat nav and driver assist package for 31k. Got a corporate discount close to 3k which was nice
in limestone grey.
Delivery around August/September which is killing me!!!
I really want the 17 inch Dijon wheels so if anyone wants to trade let me know

Hey I had booked my golf 7 with a dealer who told me that it is from the jan 2013 batch. Would you recommend going for it? If possible, please upload the document you have of the changes made on the later models manufactured.Originally posted by Golf7 View PostJust a note out there to buyers, try and wait a bit before you order your Golfs, the first batch sent from Zwickau isn't of great quality, we have some of the first RHD ones... Try and get the ones built after Feb 2013... They had about 61 behind the scenes updates...
Thanks!

Just ordered a sunset red 103tsi. Fleet discount of around $3300, thought using some of that to bring the price of my trade up to cover the balloon payment. First VW and looking forward to it. Downsizing from a Falcon G6E, so still a bit of trepidation about the move to a smaller car, but from the cars I test drove(i30, Corolla, Focus, veloster, ix35, one of the Kia's, and a few others) the Golf mk7 is the pick.
Only thing I did notice on both the highline and comfortline was a slight hesitation when accelerating from a stopped position, even with the bluemotion turned off. Salesman could not explain, and obviously not enought of a hesitation to stop me ordering the car. I am assuming it is a gearbox learning thing or hill start, me needing to learn a new cars style and accepting a golf highline cannot compare to the grunt of the G6e, but i suppose time will tell. After that slight hesitation, it's a great drive.May 20 - Nov 19 MY20 Tiguan 162 TSI
May 16 - Apr 16 Mazda 3 Sp25 GT - 2020 hail storm write-off
May 13 - 2013 Mk7 Golf Highline.
May 10 - 2009 Falcon G6E with beige leather.

Yeah I have to agree about a very slight hesitation before the turbo kicks in at about 2000RPM from a standing start.Originally posted by Nauend View PostJust ordered a sunset red 103tsi.
