Guess I should chime in here, I pick up my new Golf in 2 days time. I wasn't bothered with leather, sunroof or driver assistance and it doesn't bother me that the stereo and satnav aren't as good as some guys would like. I just wanted a white diesel Golf with xenon headlights and a tow bar. When I ordered it on 3 January I was just lucky that the one I wanted was due to arrive in Oz 3 days later, but tow bars not currently available. Have previously owned a 2006 Jetta 147FSI and wife currently drives a 2011 Eos. Happy days.Comment

Must be all those road rage incidents where some raged man jumps in through the sunroof.....
Either that or size/frequency of hailstones, but probably the first one

Picked up our 90tsi comfortline DSG today. It started raining on the way home and we found out we have the wiper issue
. Also managed to catch the start stop napping pretty bad when we had to stop suddenly when a person running decided to cross the street without notice. Had to hit the brakes to bring us to a complete stop, engine shut off then I put the foot down again and it got really confused. Seems like good tech in controlled stopping, but not so good with these types of situations. Will probably turn if off in future. Other than that, it drives lovely, noise suppression is excellent, sound system is tops and not really missing my BMW 125i coupes power

If you have the VIN, you can track it, once you know the boat it is on, you can use the boat itinerary/ports info to track the ship too.

Can anyone suggest how much I should be looking at paying for a VW Golf 103TSI Highline in a 2014 build? I am not in a hurry to buy, and I am happy to wait for the new builds to start coming through, but I am not sure how much more I should be paying given they won't be included in the current $31 990 promotion.
I really want the Driver Assist Package (extra $1300) also.
Also, what is the cheapest a Highline 2013 build date has sold for? Anyone got a crazy bargain recently?Comment
