Golf R Noise at 3500rpm

Hi guys,


I am a new proud owner of a my16 golf r mk7, with an APR stage 1 ecu tune.
Hoping I could find some help with a possible issue I am having.
I have a strange noise occurring when I rev at 3500rpm.
It could be a normal sound but unsure.
Here is the sound (YouTube), you can hear it come up around 9 seconds.

I have tried searching through forums to find a solution, but can't seem to find a matching noise.

sounds like exhaust resonance to me, is the system stock or modified, I would suspect resonator delete, (common mod)

Thanks, that's reassuring.
I bought it modded, the way it sounds seems to be a non resonator milltek catback.
Decided to leave as it is.
