Advise on infotainment and maps please

Hello , I have a 12/2012 vw golf highline tdi and I thought I would update the maps .... it has the vw sd card also so I plugged it into the laptop and updated the maps using discover pro , when I put the sd card back in the car and start the navigation it shows up fine for 2 seconds and then I get this error message on the screen ....

I have updated it as being Discover Media gen 1 is this the correct nav unit ?

512k Answered you on whirlpool with the correct info as he has the same car as you Have a read of that You have the wrong map version or the wrong unit for that map.
