workshop Manual/guide to removing interior trim Golf R 7.5

Hi,
I'm about to receive my Golf R and one of the tasks I wish to do as I did with my MY14 GTI is to improve the sound deadening and absorption to kill off a lot of the road noise.

Is anyone aware of a workshop manual or guide that details removal and replacement of the interior trim - cabin and boot?

I worked it out piecemeal last time and it was a PITA so I'd prefer some reference material this time .

Any feedback on which is correct for the Mk7.5 series R? I think from a perspective of interior trim it's all basically the same but for other matters it could be important .
