Mine is starting to click at low speed while turning both ways. Due for a check up soon. Will definitely be asking them to have a look at it.
Annoying especially on a car that is new.
R Snow, I spotted you at Liverpool going around a roundabout. Thought the clicking was a helicopter but it was your car. Should definitely get it checked out.
2017 built 7.5 Wolf here and I have the clicking. Seemed to be doing it whilst driving straight. I could only hear ir when it echoed off a wall or similar. I believe it is front right wheel. I mentioned it to the dealer at 1st service and they said they could hear it but couldn't locate the problem but said I'd be fine to continue driving it.
Intermittent ticking/clicking sound at low speed when turning, either going around a roundabout at near or full lock with no vibration to steering.
Not really noticeable in the inside with windows up but enough for anyone to notice on the outside.
Top strut bearings are going to be replaced, but imho don’t think that is the issue. The ticking noise is definitely coming somewhere from the outter hubs and not from the top. We shall see....

I cannot hear anything in my ‘19 R special edition. I’ve yet to try in a closed car park but I’ve spent time full tilt on the left and right, windows down, but can’t hear anything.
Went for a road test with the service center today, they say that the wheel clicking is related to the spring that applies pressure and holds it in the right place. Not 100% convinced but supposedly very common in Golfs and Tiguans. When it goes in for the actual fix, I might suggest some copper grease or something to quieten down that noise.

Will report back once we figure it out.
Please do.
In my car, I have noted that it makes more of a rotational swishing noise as opposed to a clicking sound.
Noise is there even with brakes depressed on and can be heard best when coasting in neutral, going at slow slow speeds. Sound is not there on full lock, only going straight and on turns.
Harder to hear when at speeds of over 40 km/h hence I've never noticed it before.
Sorry for the late reply.
It was more of an intermittent metallic clicking noise at low speeds. More pronounced with the windows down, whilst the wheel slightly turned Eg. U turn or 3pt turn.
I had someone drive the car whilst I listened from the outside. Noise definitely coming from hub region.
Upper strut mount bearing were replaced. Issue resolved. Don’t know how that works, since the location of the upper strut mount bearings is at the top of the shock, when the noise was definitely coming from the hubs.
