      What version maps are you running, the latest version is not supportive of TMC (yet).

        what is the config with VCDS to turn this on? I thought it would need Internet to do this?

          I followed this guide, but I used OBDEleven to make the change.



          SUNA uses FM to transmit. I believe it's a pay service, so VW would have to pay SUNA to have it in their cars like Navman does to get it in their GPS. I don't think it's something we can subscribe to as an end user.
          Luckily we can make a few tweaks to get our cars to listen for the broadcast and receive the updates. I don't live in a broadcast area, but it comes in handy on the Gold Coast to avoid the odd traffic jam.
