Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

Golf tdi highline 2015

    Golf tdi highline 2015

    My tdi is 3 old today and just clocked up 100k kms, runs like a dream all services done on time but just booked in for next one which includes timeing belt water pump and free map update. First set of tyres only did 30k kms then got some conti mc5,s and there still on.
    just ordered a new golf gti original in red pick up this week

      i have the 2016 TDI highline and i thought no timing belt was ever needed. Is the 2015 a different motor?

        Nope 100k timing belt change for the tdi

        60k service for dsg

        Would be great if it was not needed save a bit of cash for sure
