Yes, that is the usual procedure which I have done successfully on other occasions.
It's not that I just have some dash lights, I physically have no ABS, HHA, or ESP at all. I've driven interstate like that.

I did
I resolved the fault by heading into VCDS - 19 CAN Gateway, and re-checking the RHD box and 4+ door box in the last byte as per 01044 - Ross-Tech Wiki (thanks to the AutoPolar engineers for linking there).

In hindsight.. sounds like it
Only reason I tried it after reading that article was because it directly linked that coding with my symptoms in advance, if you catch my drift. At least that now means I can sleep in tomorrow.

Hahaha good work with it anyway mate. The amount of times I have been caught out chasing a funny fault due to some other system causing it are probably more than I can count with 2 hands. But you learn something every time.Volks Handy
