What was the other recall code? 34f6? 34f6 is just the gearbox oil replacement and software update without mechatronics.

35c1 is what I stated in my first post.

I finally found previous letter that was sent to me in October 2013. It has the same number 35C1. Doesn't VW keep the records of the recall?
I have no sticker on the car however telling me that that recall job was done. I know some people told me that they had sticker on the drivers side of the door but i have nothing there. Maybe they didn't do anything last time they had the car???

Look in the boot in front of the spare tyre they put them there sometimes

Jack the car up and check to see if the DSG oil drain plug has three notices in it.

Had my Polo boot open today and 3 notices on L/H side beside model sticker So at least I know where mine are
