O2 Sensor after the cat.

Hi. As you may know I'm having issues with a superchips bluefin and a flat spot hesitation around the 2500rpm - 3000rpm. One thing I did get checked and diagnosed was that the O2 sensor after the Cat has no reading. Bank 1 Sensor 2. Has any body had issues with this and would it cause a flat spot or hesitation in the vehicle performance.
