I've seen other car building videos (i.e. the GT5 intro movie, "How to build: a Supercar" (McLaren MP4-12C), but it's always interesting to watch more - here's one about how they teach the robots in an American VW factory how to build the new Passat:
If find these manufacturing videos fascinating. Note at the seven minute mark how he talks about stopping the whole line. Before Toyota came along a revolutionised car manufacturing, stopping the line was unthinkable amongst the car makers. It was Toyota who identified the "waste" of pumping out defective cars as fast as possible as oppose to stopping production and fixing the problem at its source.
