It's true they lose allot, but find the right buyer (p plate kids with dads cash) wack a noisy muffler on the back and you got a sale for those subarus. I only lost 9k on the 103tdi thats 2 years old l, it justified the exact reason I went VW. Resale! You also do well if you have no finance, no fees or interest to pay! But could also be a fair bit of dumb luck I have had
