Water inside the exhaust pipe, should I be worried?

Last night I was cleaning the inside of the exhaust pipe and noticed water inside it (not a lot), should I be worried? Weather was fine last night, it wasn't raining or anything. I'm a bit concerned because I never noticed it inside beside the usual dirty black powder.
