Congrats jimjaroo great looking gear and good feedback on the vendors thus far.

I was also looking at their carbon gear but found it to be very exy, but i know its good quality gear.

Is the rear spoiler an add on or a replacement?

    Cheers.

Sorry Prodigy, I'm not really sure why it has quoted you as saying that, it must just take the first post above after someone has deleted their post :S?

At first I though it was a replacement for the entire wing..It is just the the top section that it replaces as the other parts either house the rear light or are connected to the roof..may have to settle with either the "lip" look or getting carbon vinyl..and we all know how carbon vinyl looks against the real stuff.

Yeah... why put music on a clip which is meant to provide an audio comparison! DUH!

Anyway - from that clip, I'm not a fan of the Milltek sound, the Supersprint sounds much nicer. The Milltek sounds a bit agricultural when stationary.

If you don't clean your chrome pipes, they go black anyway....
So to me it just looks like the owner of the Milltek exhaust is a dirty sod

Have to agree, the Milltek sounds shizenhouzen...and so does the background music..

                    • After stumbling across some information on Maverick's website, I ordered a Clarivue RNS510 screen protector. I ordered it at like 3am one morning whilst not sleeping due to waiting for my car to arrive, so I got the "Ultra-Clear" version rather than the "Anti-glare" version. During normal waking hours, I might have twigged that "Ultra-Clear" means supershiney and therefore reflective, but oh well.

It arrived well packaged and with simple 3 step instructions. It also included a little cleaning wipe to ensure the RNS510's screen is 100% clean before placing the protector on it. This thing is sized SO EXACTLY that it's almost impossible to get the damn thing on! A very steady hand and even a long finger nail to wedge underneath the screen trim and run along the edges to get the protector down is a big help.

Once on and the top layer protection removed, it looks very impressive. Makes the RNS510's screen look very much like an Apple iPad display or something. It is very clear and also rather shiney. The finger prints don't seem too bad from the drivers point of view, but look very obvious from straight on or from the passenger view - but it is easier to clean than the standard screen.

In hindsight, or if I was to install another one, I'd probably trim 1 or 2mm off two edges (one of the long and short edges) so that it's easier to install (and remove). I'd also probably get the anti-glare version, just because I have never been a fan of the shiney screens.

I am happy with the product though.

Clarivue offer a lot of pre-cut sizes as well as custom sizes and a whole heap of sizes made specifically for many popular devices.

Oh yeah... and shipping to Australia is free!

                      • I got one as well, but when I pulled off the sticky protectors either side of it, it left sticky residue on one corner of the protector, which to this day I still haven't got around to removing. Mine is actually not quite big enough so I can't swipe my finger across it for various functions, otherwise the protector just moves with my finger. Still, the RNS screen is in perfect nick, which is the main idea I guess.
