Quite frankly, it's not the money I'm complaining about! Prepared to kiss my $50 goodbye.

It's firstly being told a fib and secondly the runaround and frustration of being flicked from one organisation to the next!

Yeah, if it were me, I'd chase them into the ground too - my guess is that it might not have been a lie at the time it was told, but when they changed providers no one thought to figure out what happened to situations like yours, hence the flick-passing.

Frustrating...
