I don't know... they look a bit tacky to me. Plus, the replace the ability to have the VW Xenon lights, which have cornering functionality etc. I think I'd much prefer to just have them....
The headlight cluster looks quite different to what we get here in Australia (is that a projector I see?). I wonder if this is a cluster offered by VW in overseas markets (and if the LEDs can be retrofitted), or if the LEDs are only provided as part of a complete headlight cluster unit replacement. Presumably the latter.
I don't think they look bad... but I'd want to see them in the flesh or in better photos before I'd be tempted to consider a conversion.
Correct - it's a complete headlight cluster replacement, hence my comments about it meaning you cannot use the VW Xenon lights with headlight cornering (which has far more use than LED DRL's). And no - this is not a VW product or headlight cluster design.

Hmm, in light of that fact, and despite my car not being fitted with Xenons, I think I'll pass. Chances are these would cost a bomb, and I'm really not that desperate for bling.
If anyone was to purchase them to install them on their Australian Golf, you'd need to make sure that they either make a 'Right Hand Drive' model, or that the lights are adjustable to account for the fact that we drive on the other side of the road....
