Surely this information could have been gathered from the 'ordered/delivered' thread, gti specs thread, dealer negotiation threads etc without starting yet another thread asking people what they'ved ordered!?

Perhaps it's best to merge this in with one of those threads then. The post count isn't relevant anyway, so it makes more sense. I don't see a problem with people declaring that they've bought a GTI, but +1 to the pointless angle.

Yep, I've ordered a GTI; eta is late May. Specs in sig.

Port Kembla is in NSW isn't it. You're in Vic right? Why is your car being discharged and delivered from in NSW?

Yes, Port Kembla is just near Wollongong. Cause these things happen! The car may have been secured by another dealer. Don't get too caught up in it. As long as you recieve the car, that's all that should matter

Yeah spoke to my dealer about that. I think a NSW dealer ordered the car and the vic dealer took the stock. Hence why it went to NSW.
