Nope - the car was going back for the 3rd time for warranty issues so I just said 'do you have a courtesy car' and they arranged one for me. Their website (Ian Boettcher Motors) lists that a loan car is subject to fee. Will try my luck for a loaner for the 1st service - but the loan form had that if I had an accident in the car I would have to pay a $7500 excess

Got my Golf Mk V TDi in for the third time under warranty because of window tinting issues and Barloworld Five Dock Sydney let me have a Golf Mk VI TDi overnight, without charge. Onya Barloworld Five Dock! I was advised that the excess fee would be $2000. Wonder why the excess fee varies so much??
