Red or White MK6 GTI?

I know colour choice of a car is a personal thing, however I am torn between these 2 colours on the Mk6 GTI. They both looks great imo.

The car needs to have Detriot wheels optioned on too, so consider this when placing your vote.

The red goes well, because well Red goes faster, draws attention, matches the red interior of the GTI (Stitching and tartan) and the exterior with the grill and brakes.

White is more classical, less loud, but does look quite classy at the same time. It also makes the red on the grill and brakes stand out more. And the contrast between the Detroits and the white car looks great.

Now I know there are other colour choice options, but for this threads sake, if you had to choose between these two only, which would you get?

Mate.. if i could only choose between these two colours.. it would be WHITE hands down. I saw one at a dealer few days ago with 18" and leather. Looked AWSOME!

I was looking at a 3 door too. However Leather is something I dont want. The Tartan seats have so much character.

Saw a CW 5dr GTI with 18" Detroits, looked bloody clean.

Red is good if you really want a pink car in a few years time .

White is the new black..

I chose CW for my car, but I voted red because I want less CW GTIs on the road.

In all seriousness, I have seen both in the flesh and they both look great. I prefer the white as the red accents on the grill and brakes stand out more.

Red looks good also, and blends in with the overall red theme of the car. I had red for my last car though so I wanted something different this time.

I'd have a red GTI with Tartan and no options.

However, give me the GTD anyday of the week over the GTI when it comes out

I'd rather spend all the options money on aftermarket stuff to make my car's faster
