So taking Coreying's advice into consideration and the fact that now you pretty much know what you want in terms of options etc, then maybe you way forward is to go and get your prices from dealers and sort out your pricing first.
Then give the dealership that gives you a deal that you're happy with a chance to give you a quote on finance.
If your happy with the finance quote then go ahead and put an application in with them only. Otherwise get other quotes and only put an application in when you're happy with your deal.
That's probably the way I would play it...
