OE alloy wheel prices?

Hi,

Has anyone got prices on any of the following VW alloy wheels (no tyres)?

Karthoum 18x8
Topas 18x7.5
Vision 18x8
Vision 17x7

I would buy the tyres separately.

GTI 17" are around $570 each
R32 18" are around $670 each

Should give you an indication of pricing.

Try Miro wheels, Hartmann wheels or VMR wheels.
They should all come in at under 1k AUD for a set of 4 and are mostly made with the 5x112 bolt pattern in mind.


also check out ecstuning for oem wheels.

Bob jane vary, some say they do, some don't but i found they don't really know what they are talking about.
Somoene was actually told the only wheels they had for VW fitment were 20" or bigger.

Jaxquickfit do but they are still more expensive than ecstuning/oemplus/other vw+audi tuner brands in USA.

also keep in mind that Mercedes uses a 5x112 pattern as well which will also provide a further level of alternative oem wheels.

YOU legally need Wheel arch extensions which are 270+ gst

Karthoums look great on the Mk5s in 18s in my book.
I will take some pics of my GTI at present which has my Caddys Karthoum wheels on it.
The van has my Golfs BBS wheels at the moment as I play musical wheels regularly between the two of them.

The wheel are extension is a VW accessory, can be obtained from the dealer or oemplus.

Can't find anything on the rear camber figures.
Would be in the owners manual though I assume.

-1 45' CAMBER IN THE REAR/// TO PROVIDE CLEARANCE FOR REAR .. Woops sorry was not shouting,,, wheel arch extensions are Vw acc from dealer they come on the cars with 18 fitted like eos..
