creacking sound from the back

When I park on a up hill slope my golf makes a creaking sound when theres movement e.g. i sit in the car it I shut the door

What could it be

It is your park brake. When you move around in the car it slips a little bit.
Pull the handle up bit more.
Also when the brakes cool they contract and the brake is not as firm, more chance of slipping.
