  • Golf Mk6 ABS Implaussible when braking to stop on inclining/declining surface

    DA

Recently I had this problem....when car is braking (to stop) not on a flat surface (inclining or declining....like when you are going on reverse to enter your slightly elevated parking garage)....it triggers Brake Servo Failure in MID & ABS Implausible signal code shows up in VCDS.

After leave the car overnight...the code normally goes away.

But this code will not shows up when you are stopping on traffic light (which usually flat surface).

The code is not pointing to any of 4 ABS sensors on car.

Please help me pin point to which area should I start looking for the problem.

PS : I also monitored Brake Servo Pressure during driving....seems also no changed compared to the condition before problem occurs.

My car is VW Golf Mk6 1.4 tsi Twincharge engine with 7speed DSG

    Many thanks in advance.

    Regards
    Kent
