Just out of curiosity what is required for stage 2 tuning?

I'm looking at installing a de-cat downpipe and cold air intake on my 90TSi

Would it require any further hardware updates to go to stage 2?

on the 2.0t motors a downpipe is needed for stage 2

im yet to come across stage 2 files on the 90tsi motor by any of the big tuners you may have some luck with a "custom tuner"

I've run stage 1 and 3 Bluefin tunes on my Mk5 (FSI engine); they're great value, and I'd definitely recommend Superchips as a plug-and-play option, but I imagine you'd get a smoother/higher-power tune from a dyno tuner like Underground Performance. Depends how much you're willing to spend!
I had Revo stage 1 on my 2008 Polo Gti and it was always reliable and 132 kwatw on dyno.

Okay so found someone who can do a custom tune on my 90Kw TSi

Any ideas on with kind of power gains might be had? Cold Air Intake + De-Cat Downpipe and custom tune

110-115kw but a more interesting torque curve.

You are probably limited by the water/water IC. Somehow you need to increase the cooling airflow through the IC radiator or the water flow or get an old-school mist sprayer onto the radiator.
