Car on or off. Car locked or unlocked. Fuel Cap will not "pop" open when you push on it, as I have done for 6 years. Today.. Nada... Thoughts?

Same thing happened to my mk1 Tiguan, dealer replaced a solenoid controlling the flap opening.

Fuel Cap won't open
Press on it gently while locking and unlocking the car. Once you get it open either lubricate the locking mechanism or replace it.
